- Firearms license holders are obligated to follow every rule and guideline outlined in the license terms.
- Civilians applying for a firearms license must complete all required licensing stages.
- Any violation of the Firearms License Rules will be subject to penalties as stated in this section.

B. Flying License

- A flying license is mandatory for any civilian who wishes to operate aircraft within San Andreas.
- Applicants must fully understand and follow the Private Pilot License (PPL) Requirements and Handbook.
- Civilians must complete the official Guidelines and Application Format to receive a flying license.
- Operating any aircraft without a valid flying license is punishable under Section (1) G — Flying Aircraft Without Valid Pilot License.

C. Trucking License

- The trucking license grants truck drivers extended access across the state of San Andreas.
- Civilians wishing to obtain a trucking license must submit an application and follow all stated procedures.
- All licensed truckers are required to follow the Trucking Regulations and Guidelines strictly.
- Unauthorized trucking or transporting goods across the state without a valid license is punishable under Section (1) E — Driving Trucks Without Proper License.

D. Lumberjack License

- Lumberjacks are responsible for the initial harvesting and transport of trees for forest product processing.
- Civilians must apply and follow all requirements to obtain a lumberjack license.
- All lumberjacks are expected to comply with regulations without exception.
- Illegal logging in the state is strictly prohibited and punishable.
Penalty: $2,000.00 fine & 25 months jail | Bail: $10,000.00 + 5 months jail

- Any event involving 10 or more participants must be officially registered with the SAPD.

A. Trespassing

- Entering someone's personal space or property (including basements) without lawful permission.
Penalty: $300.00 fine & 5 months jail
Additional: Must refund any property damages caused during entry.

B. Trespassing Government Property

- Entering restricted government areas without authorization from officials.
Penalty: $100.00 fine & 20 months jail
Bail: $400.00 + 5 months jail

C. Vandalism

- Damaging, destroying, or defacing private, public, or government-owned property.
Penalty: $250.00 fine & 15 months jail
Bail: $450.00 + 1 month jail
Additional: Must fully compensate for the damaged property.

D. Arson

- Deliberately setting fire to someone's property.
Penalty: $250.00 fine & 30 months jail
Bail: $1,500.00 + 5 months jail

E. Extortion

- Forcing or threatening others to give up money, items, property, or services for personal gain.
Penalty: $150.00 fine & 20 months jail
Bail: $600.00 + 5 months jail
Additional: All items or funds must be returned to rightful owner.

F. Using Property for Illegal Distribution

- Owning or using a building, hall, lab, or premises for criminal activities (e.g., gang meetings, illegal drugs/weapons manufacture or distribution).
Penalty: $300.00 fine & 60 months jail
Bail: $3,600.00 + 1 month jail
Additional:
• The property will be sealed, searched, and evidence will be collected.
• The property may be shut down permanently or auctioned by the government.
